The RSVP is open for the party on 7-31-10 at the SAF playhouse. Our demo will begin at 8:00. The demo will be led by Karl and Elysia from San Antonio. I will send another email with an attachment you can print out and bring with you. I will make a few copies also. Here is a tid bit of what you will learn from the demo:
We will cover:
> Common misconceptions about hypnosis
> Basic Safety for both Subject and Hypnotist
> Aspects of Hypnosis
> The two major kinds of hypnotic subjects
> Two kinds of suggestions for the different subject types
> Two basic hypnotic inductions
> Some fun things to do with erotic hypnosis

We will begin at 8:00 and will need shuttle drivers, door greeters and DMs. Travis will post our food theme. James and Beth will post requesting help so please donate an hour of your time to help make the party a success.

Three Chances in July

Time flies and before you know it we are going to be in July. Everyone warm enough yet??? We have three events for SAF in July and will need a shuttle driver for each of these parties. You will only need to shuttle once a year. We will need someone for July 10th my birthday party and one for the 17th of July and July 31st.

The shuttle normally runs from 8:00-2:00 and so there is still time to play. We sometimes don’t stop until the sun comes up…well at least some of you don’t.

Please plan on joining us because it will be a while until the party in August.

Our 3rd Saturday party is moving so we can all celebrate with Breutanan for her birthday in August…The August SAF party will be on the 28th.

Of course we will need DMs and please check with James if you can do this and just need some training. I am hoping the same people who do it at every party gets some help in July. We will also need door greeters and please check with Mya for scheduling.

Door greeter is fun and when you are socializing in the front room you can greet guests… Lori

Are you ready to party? April 2010

April is right around the corner and so is the 1st April SAF party. Woohoo we have two parties this month…This Saturday 3-3-10 we will be honored to have Mistress Ella join us. She will head up our party with a demo on Strap-on play. One of the wonderful things about SAF is our interest in education. Please bring your questions and curiosities (not to mention your strapons) and come join us. Doors will open at 7:30 with the demo at 8:00. Play party will begin at 9:00. Please park at Dennys and call 832-797-0304 for a shuttle. There will be a vending table by the fireplace so feel free to bring your wares and support others who brought theirs.

Travis has announced our food theme “Bring whatever the fuck you wanna bring” so there you have it. After all it does get you a discount off the door donation not to mention everyone asking who made that dish, I must have the recipe. Speaking of discounts, you also get a discount by offering up your time to help. We need door greeters and DM’s and I am sure more will be said about that in upcoming emails. It really does help so please volunteer.

Let’s do a dress theme this month, it is kind of different but let’s do textures, it can be leather, feather, vinyl, cotton, fur, spandex, kinda like “Whatever the fuck you want to wear” be creative and see how many people will mention the texture of what you have on. One last thing, there have been many who have contacted my about helping my son on his trip. Please feel free to come up and let me know what you have in mind. Thank you again for your kindness.

Our “First Weekend in April party”

Ok, April is going to be kick ass in the world of SAF. And it starts Early. We are having an extra party, and it is the first weekend in April. So it is Saturday night, April 3rd. (and no, this is not an April fools joke. I am not nearly that clever).

The theme to this party is “Strap on Play” as the Lovely Mistress Ella (aka: Mistress many Cocks) will be coming to SAF to do a demo. Ella is a long time (but still VERY young) Houston Mistress, with not only great beauty but also wonderful skills as a presenter. This workshop will deal with Strap on play both for subs being the recipient and Doms being the recipient.

We have done a lot of joking and kidding about strap on play on this list. Well here is the time to watch and learn. Trust me you will enjoy this even if you never try it. But i suspect it will open some eyes (ok, maybe some other body parts as well) of some of our members.

Show up and make Mistress Ella feel at home, and watch a great demo/presentation. By the way, you NEVER know WHO the demo bottom for these things will be. (maybe a surprise in store for some of you).

There will be a food theme as well. In honor of “those members” of SAF, i almost suggested Soy foods, as April is national soy foods month. But then I decided no one likes “them” anyway,their mother dresses them funny, and they are not “real Texans”, so why make ourselves miserable to make a few yankees happy.

So I checked, double checked, re-checked my double checking and found that April is “National Make whatever the fuck you want to make” food month. (hey it’s true. Would i lie to you guys. ) So this month, bring something you love to eat, and trust me, if you love it, others will to. Fun chicken, beef, (or yogurt, soy, satan, and other assorted weeds and grasses). It is national egg month, so make an egg salad. Maybe i will make New Mexico style enchiladas and the red ones have eggs on top. Have fun with this. Make something special.

Mistress Ella is a special Lady. Lets show her how special our parties are.

Second point. Lets start off April the right way. Our own very special and very loved Lori is trying to give her son Nicholas a great gift by sending him on a once in a life time type school trip. We already have an auction planned for the May party, that I know each of you will want to help with in some way. Here is another thing we are going to do. Starting at this April 3rd party, there will be a “Nicholas’ Trip Box”. (and no, this was not Lori’s idea, but she ok’d it). Each of you is encouraged to drop a little something monetarily in that box. No obligation, no set amount. It will be there for three parties, the two in April and the May party. Lets do what we can to fill it up.

Lori has given us an awesome club. I travel a LOT to other events and see lots of clubs around the country. There just are not many clubs that are as active and fun, and educational, as what Lori has provided for us. Lets show our love and appreciation by helping her help her son.

So show up April 3rd. (details coming soon on times etc). Park at Denny’s, bring great food, throw a few bucks in the Nicholas Trip box, and enjoy the demo and play hard.

I missed March’s party, and will miss the regular April party, so i will be at this one and plan to have FUN (of many kinds)

We had one of the best parties yet to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and now we have a month until our next party. I wanted to give you a tease of what is in store for our party on 3-20-10. We will have a guest from Austin who will present on kinky hypnosis. I will tell you more as it gets closer. Travis has already told us about the food theme* and I am still thinking about a dress theme. Any suggestions? This party is sure to top the Feb. one. So please plan on joining us.

*March food theme was thought up at our Thursday night brunch a couple of months ago. (Blame Sir Stan, not me)

It will be Irish Food in honor of St. Patrick’s day. So wear something green, and bring some good old Irish food.

Look, there is more to Irish food then Corned beef and cabbage. There is whiskey. And potatoes. And then of course there is, well, potatoes. And of course beef stew with barley and, well, potatoes. And of course there is Bailey’s Irish cream. And there are always, well, potatoes.

ok, here’s the deal. For not much money at all, they have green food coloring at any grocery store. That means you can have green chili, or green burgers, or green cheese burgers, or green nachos.

Come on, I am dying here. I never do Irish food and i hardly drink. My idea of Irish food is green M and M’s. So i need help with this. I will need help for April too, cause that is Health food month. (yea yea, we have to let those damn yankees have one night a year, but at least I know i can count on them to help out with what to make)

so someone with good ideas for Irish food, jump in and help out. I will post to that great food group on FetLife and they will help. But start thinking of it, so March can be another great month of SAF food.

And by the way, thanks to all of you for the food on this past Saturday night. We had some awesome stuff, and it keeps getting better

C&W dancing 03-13-10

It has been too long and it is time to get those boots and tight jeans out and join us for a night of C&W dancing. It was in 2009 and that is too long. I thought it would never get here….but it is finally time. The SAF 3rd Saturday party is only a week away. First we have a demo on branding and the doors will open at 7:30 with the demo from 8:00-9:00 with Lady Shivers and the party to follow. We are also celebrating 2 years of SAF parties and want you to join us in the festivities. Our food theme is cajun foods in celebration of Mardi Gras. Kinky Camping March 2010

Come one, come all!! Well, its that time of year again folks. Time for our annual campout here in the woods. Fischen and myself are happy to once again offer up our home and woods for the kinky convenience to our friends in the lifestyle. This will be our third year for this tradition and we can’t be more excited. Already, we have had many many inquiries as too when it will be and now have the official dates!!! It will be held on the last weekend of March (the 26th-28th). Games are planned, including our very own special subbie hunt that we have every year (I have yet to be found). We also have many play stations set up outside and inside as well. We will have plenty of room for tents and will also have indoor accommodations. Invitations will be sent out but we will also have an open invitation set up for new people and friends we accidentally overlook. Lets face it, our family is really large and it grows by the day. There will be no cost, Although you will be required to provide your own food and drink for the entire weekend and your own coolers to store it. Rent The SAF Dungeon

Valentines is around the corner and did you know you can rent the SAF dungeon? Why go to a hotel when you have access to a full dungeon. I am not much into cooking but you could have breakfast down the street at Dennys, so next best thing to a bed and breakfast. I have the cage under the stairs if you need to use it and the full access to the upstairs. What about small private parties? You can also rent the dungeon for this. February 2010 Happenings

How time flies… Please mark your calendars for our first event. We will have our first Wed. discussion group here at the SAF dungeon. Missy will be the moderator and will post more about the topic. Please come share your experience, ideas and opinions on the topic. We will begin at 8:00 and wrap up around 10:00. Please byob and bring a light snack to share. We had a great turn out for our January discussion group and hope to see you at this months.

Next is our Passion party, if you dont know about it and want to find out more, now is the time to inquire. It will be on Feb.6th. Of course our munches and the 3rd Saturday SAF party. I think that is all that is scheduled for SAF except for the LUEY weekend.

February 2010 – Wednesday Discussion Night

Our next discussion night will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 8:00 pm in the SAF dungeon. The topic will be “How to Choose an Appropriate Partner in the BDSM Lifestyle, For Just One Play Session or For a Lifetime”.

I want to encourage attendance of those with experience to share, those who want to improve on their technique, and those doing this for the first time who want to avoid the potential mistakes and pitfalls that most all of us have faced. Start time for the discussion will be 8:00 pm. Bring your beverage of choice and a snack to share if you wish. I will be posting an assignment tomorrow for attendees to work on during this week prior to the discussion. Looking forward to seeing you there!
